Active headrests.

One of the greatest risks of injury in a collision is the abrupt forward and backward movement of the head and neck. Active headrests considerably reduce the risk of whiplash. When hit from behind, within 20 milliseconds the headrest shifts forward, thereby softly bolstering the head when it moves back again.
