BMW Financial Services Excess Wear & Use Protection* can be applied to:

• New Vehicle leases through BMW Financial Services
• Vehicles with less than 15,000 km at inception

• Loss or damage as a result of a single incident or accident, whereby such damage is over $1,000 and typically covered by a customer’s automobile insurance policy.

• Poor body work, mismatched paint, or poor quality paint job from a previous repair.
• Loss or damage covered by another service contract or warranty.

BMW Financial Services Tire and Rim Protection provides coverage for the original BMW vehicle listed on the Service Contract, and any original tires and rims damaged by various road hazards, including but not limited to:

• Nails, screws, glass, rocks, animal carcasses, potholes, road cracks, uneven pavement, curb scuffs
  
  
• Coverage also includes BMW summer tire and rim packages, BMW winter tire and rim packages, and replacement tires and rims beyond the original set (as long as they comply with manufacturer specifications)

BMW Financial Services Tire and Rim Protection provides coverage for the tires and rims listed on the Service Contract until one of the following occurs:

• Contract term expires
  
• Vehicle odometer reaches 120,000 km on new vehicles
  
• Vehicle odometer reaches 180,000 km on Pre-Owned and Certified Series^® Pre-Owned Vehicles
  
• Less than 2 mm (3/32") of tread depth on any rib of the tire

BMW Financial Services Tire and Rim Protection can be applied to any New, Pre-Owned or Certified Series^® Pre-Owned BMW

• Coverage must be purchased within 30 days of vehicle purchase
  
• Tires on all vehicles must have a tread depth of greater than or equal to 4 mm (5/32") at contract inception to be eligible for coverage
  
• The Service Contract is always restricted to the original vehicle and the tires and rims installed, and any subsequent set of tires and rims that are of manufacturer specification
  
• The service contract can be transferred to a new private owner of the vehicle. Proof of purchase may be requested.

BMW Financial Services Tire and Rim Protection does not provide coverage in the following circumstances:

• Non-BMW vehicles
  
• Tires and rims that are not of manufacturer specification
  
• Damage due to vehicle accident or collision
  
• Defects in material or workmanship by the tire or vehicle manufacturer, including without limitation, out-of-round or stress-cracked rims not resulting from a road hazard
  
• Vandalism or theft
  
• Damage that would otherwise be covered by an auto insurance policy

Interior Protection
Repair of interior damage, including stained fabric, vinyl, and leather components, as well as accidental tears and scratches.

Front Windshield Protection*
Repair or replacement of windshield damage, including chips and/or cracks caused by propelled rocks or road debris, as well as stress cracks caused by extreme weather.

Dent Removal
Repairs to small dents on the exterior vertical panels that won’t harm your BMW’s original finish.

Key and Keyless Remote Replacement
In the event your key or remote is lost, stolen, or damaged and inoperable.

Paint Repair*
Repair of damage to the exterior paint surfaces, where paint touch-ups and/or polishing is required.

Head and Taillight Protection
Repair or replacement of head or taillight damage, including damaged caused by propelled rocks or road debris.

Car Rental Benefit
A complimentary car rental (up to $50 per event, including taxes) is included on all BMW Financial Services Appearance Protection plans for any eligible claim.

BMW Financial Services Appearance Protection provides coverage until the term expires, or the vehicle odometer reaches 250,000 km.

BMW Financial Services Anti-Theft Protection uses a visible warning label with multiple permanent police-traceable numbers on body panels to make it a less attractive target.

In the event your BMW is stolen and recovered with damage, you will be reimbursed for your BMW Financial Services Anti-Theft Protection purchase. If your BMW is stolen and not recovered within 30 days, or is recovered and declared a total loss by your insurance provider, your selling Retailer will provide you with a discount of up to $5,000 on the cost of purchasing a replacement vehicle from their available inventory.
