The Advanced Driver Training course brings the fundamentals of confident, safe driving together on an exciting one-day course designed to allow drivers to explore the limits of vehicle control.

Advanced covers key elements vital to improving driving, such as seating position, steering technique, and vehicle dynamics. Exercises include emergency braking with and without ABS, brake and avoid on slippery conditions, and front and rear wheel skid control (understeer and oversteer). Advanced Driver Training also takes an in-depth look at typical driving scenarios encountered during inner-city driving (35-70 km/h) and teaches you how to respond to them. To end the session, participants compete against other participants in a slalom, challenging them to utilize the skills learned throughout the day.

Prerequisite:
Drivers must hold a valid full-class license; minimum 18 years of age

Vehicles. Unlike some driver training programs where you use your own vehicle, all BMW Driver Training courses are conducted in a range of the latest BMWs from the dedicated BMW Driver Training fleet.
