- Method 2: Once you are logged in to the ConnectedDrive portal, ensure that your registered BMW is the active vehicle and browse to this service. You will then automatically see at the top of the page whether this service is available for your vehicle. If this service is not available, you do not have the necessary hardware installed in your vehicle.
