The new BMW Panoramic Vision projects personalized content virtually across the entire width of the windshield. The BMW 3D Head-up Display provides precise 3D visualisations of important driver information directly within your line of sight.³, ⁴

With the large 14.6" BMW Passenger Display, the front passenger can access a diverse range of entertainment. On the Full HD display, they can watch films, play games or stay productive while on the go. Headphones and game controllers can be connected via Bluetooth.³, ⁴, ⁶

The Shy-Tech controls on your BMW multifunction steering wheel are only visible when available. The surface responds to touch and provides tactile feedback. This means you can take care of important tasks without taking your eyes off the road.

Feel the driving dynamics on every journey.

The fully electric BMW i7 60 xDrive Sedan invites you to discover powerful and immediately responsive dynamics. The Adaptive 2‑Axel Air Suspension automatically adapts the dampers to the road surface. With Integral Active 4‑Wheel Steering⁴, the rear axle steering enhances stability, increases agility and reduces the turning circle. To achieve this, the rear wheels are turned by up to 3.5 degrees.

At low speeds, rear‑wheel steer means the rear wheels turn in the opposite direction to the front wheels. Parking in tight car parks is therefore noticeably easier. At high speeds, the rear wheels turn in the same direction. This makes your BMW i7 Sedan even more stable during rapid lane changes. At the same time, the spacious second row of seats offers a high level of comfort.

With direct power delivery and a virtually silent driving experience with an estimated range of up to 560 km¹,², your driving pleasure only ends when you decide it should.

In conjunction with BMW Symbiotic Drive and the driver assistance systems, the BMW i7 Sedan delivers a completely new driving experience. The driver's intended acceleration, braking and steering actions blend seamlessly and intuitively with the AI-supported software at all times, generating a whole new level of driving pleasure. These driver assistance features are already included in the basic and standard equipment.

These features include the Steering Assistant, the Lane Keeping and Emergency Brake Assistant and Parking Assistant with an optional 360 degree camera and an extensive array of sensors that ensure greater safety and convenience. Optimised warnings for your safety further enhance the system.⁷

Optional Highway Assistant.

Your BMW maintains speed, distance, and steering. When the system is ready, you can take your hands off the steering wheel at speeds up to 130 km/h, provided that you pay attention to the traffic and take back the wheel if necessary. You can also confirm lane changes by checking the exterior mirror.⁴,⁹

Parking Assistant Professional.

Move your BMW in and out of parking spaces remotely from up to six metres away via smartphone and the My BMW App. It will drive out of tight parking spaces semi-automatically while you watch, for example, making it easier for you to get in.⁵, ⁷

In your BMW i7 Sedan, you can continue watching series and movies that you started at home, as easily as on your smart TV. A wide range of optional streaming services are at your disposal.⁶

Technology meets gaming fun. During breaks in a journey or charging stops, you can reach new high scores or challenge your fellow passengers. Just use your smartphone or Bluetooth controller to do so.⁶

You can connect up to two headphones and two game controllers wirelessly via Bluetooth to your BMW i7 Sedan. The optional BMW Theatre Screen can establish a connection via the BMW Digital Premium Package (if booked), your smartphone's hotspot or an external stationary Wi-Fi network, giving you access to entertainment content. Alternatively, the BMW Theatre Screen offers an HDMI port that lets you connect to your BMW i7 Sedan via cable.

With the BMW i7 Sedan, long-distance journeys are intelligently planned thanks to charge-optimized route. If conditions change during the drive, such as occupied charging stations, the system automatically and precisely adjusts the charging plan to your personal preferences. Thoughtful technologies, like the option to participate in video conferences, turn charging breaks into especially productive time.

Frequently asked questions about the BMW i7 Sedan.

A 31.3-inch BMW Theatre Screen for rear passengers is available for the BMW i7 Sedan as an option. The screen automatically glides down from the roof and the sound fills the space, turning video streaming, games and calls into a real experience. Thanks to the integrated camera, passengers can also take part in video calls.⁴

A key enabler of the significantly higher charging power is the latest BMW cell technology. The further developed high voltage battery uses cylindrical cells of the sixth generation BMW eDrive technology for the first time. Compared with the previous prismatic Gen5 cells, these offer around 20 percent higher volumetric energy density, enabling more usable energy and an increase in charging performance. With an energy content of up to 115.5 kWh, the BMW i7 achieves a range of up to 560 km. Currents of up to 630 amps increase the maximum DC charging power from 195 kW to up to 240 kW, delivering full performance at both 800 volt and 400 volt High Power Charging stations. As a result, the BMW i7 can charge from 10 to 80 percent in just 29 minutes.
