The virtually invisible door handles sit flush with the bodywork of the BMW iX3. The vehicle immediately detects you when you approach with the BMW Digital Key Plus on your smartphone or smartwatch, or with your physical key fob. At a distance of around two metres, the door handles extend automatically and light up in the darkness.
