The M2 Turbo Design Edition draws inspiration from the legendary 2002 Turbo, BMW’s first turbocharged production model. Introduced in 1973, the 2002 Turbo combined motorsport-inspired design with turbocharged performance, establishing a bold new chapter in BMW’s performance heritage.
Exterior.
The Exterior of the M2 Tiurbo Design Edition features hand-painted BMW M Motorsport stripes extend across the hood and trunk lid, complemented by a black-painted Power Dome featuring a reverse “Turbo” script. Frozen Gold Bronze 20"/21" M Performance forged cross-spoke 1000 M wheels add a distinctive finishing touch, while tricolour roof stripes reinforce its motorsport character. At the rear, the hand-painted BMW M Motorsport striping continues across the trunk lid, complemented by an M Performance Carbon Fibre rear spoiler and exclusive “M2 Turbo” badging for a distinctive finishing touch.

The M2 Turbo Design Edition is offered exclusively with a 6-speed manual transmission, putting the driver at the centre of the experience. Every shift is a deliberate connection between driver and machine, bringing a more engaging, hands-on character to every drive.

Powered by the S58 3.0-litre M TwinPower Turbo inline-six engine producing 473 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque, the M2 Turbo Design Edition delivers the exhilarating performance expected of an M car, exclusivly paired with the added involvement of an 6-speed manual transmission. Inside, the M2 Turbo Edition brings together distinctive details and driver-focused design. A heated M Alcantara steering wheel with carbon fibre accents delivers a tactile connection to the road, while M Carbon Bucket Seats provide a focused, supportive driving position. Carbon Fibre trim continues throughout the cabin, complemented by an exclusive “Turbo” plaque on the cupholder cover and “M2 Turbo” door sill plates.
